Hi, I’m Milana, and my journey into health and wellness began long before I ever stepped into a classroom.


From a young age, I felt deeply connected to the natural world, captivated by its rhythms, energies, and the profound ways it supports healing. As a child, I would run through the trees, expressing gratitude for their presence, and marvel at the dragonflies dancing around me. That early curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion for understanding the body, energy, and the innate wisdom of nature.

In 2018, I formalized my studies with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and Reiki Level 1 certification. But my desire to deepen my knowledge and expand my ability to help others only grew stronger. By 2020, I had completed additional Reiki training and began offering energy healing sessions in a small crystal shop.

As the world shifted during the pandemic, I found myself reflecting on how I could make a meaningful impact on my community. When my grandparents mentioned their experience with acupuncture, something resonated deeply. The idea of immersing myself in a medicine with over 3,000 years of wisdom felt both natural and necessary.

After exploring programs across the country, I discovered the New England School of Acupuncture—the first acupuncture school in the U.S. Trusting my instincts, I applied, and when I received my acceptance letter while on a trip to California, I knew my path was set. Within a month, I packed up my life in New Jersey and moved to Massachusetts to begin an intense and transformative three-year journey.

Throughout my studies, I specialized in Japanese and Korean acupuncture while also training in Chinese herbal medicine. With over 2,500 hours of clinical experience, thousands of hours of study, a master’s degree, and four board certifications, I am now dedicated to bringing the depth and power of Traditional Chinese Medicine to those seeking a holistic, natural approach to health and healing.

My mission is to bridge the ancient wisdom of TCM with modern-day wellness, offering personalized guidance that empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and cultivate lasting well-being.

Through personalized food therapy, acupressure routines, breathwork, and holistic lifestyle recommendations, I help you restore harmony and optimize your well-being. My goal is to empower you with simple yet effective tools that support lasting health—because wellness should feel natural, intuitive, and achievable.
